Hi everybody and thanks for listening. This is just a typical day when I travel by bicycle whether I’m traveling in the desert or in the mountains or in the plains or on either coast or whether I’m in Mexico or Canada or somewhere else cool. This is kind of my normal day. It’s all about eating, biking and sleeping or a mix of all three of those. You can also see my newsletter with the same title, but this is a little more detailed and I hope you enjoy it.
